 I think what I am learning from this experiment so far is how totally disconnected I am from even thinking about my food. Remembering my "meals", breaking things down into the raw components, and then trying to get past where I bought those items to the distributor to where things are actually made to where they are grown? That's hard. It makes me want to eat very simply and eat less - at least on the days I'm mapping.
